This is a wonderful source of knowledge and history of Bagua, Xing-i, and Taiji. The interviews give an in-depth perspective of the arts, their backgrounds, as well as some personal anecdotes from the masters. A valuable resource for someone already familiar with the art, and looking for something beyond a manual of techniques.

Contains some rather interesting perspectives on the origins of Chen Village, and Cheng M'an Ching.
